Business Support Manager
Please see me as the first port of call for any questions and enquiries about how we can work with you.
It’s exciting to be an AOD team member at such an exciting time of growth and development, especially now that we are part of the Skills for Care group.
I look forward to embedding new systems and processes to support both our associates and clients, ensuring everyone working with and for AOD gets the best possible outcomes.
I am an experienced administrator and office manager and have spent the last 20 years working across the private, public and third sectors developing a wealth of experience in both large corporate and small private organisations.
With an initial background in financial services I spent the five years prior to joining AOD working initially for the Department of Health and more latterly third sector organisations. Whilst my roles have focused on the administration and support of the business I have been able to gather a good understanding of the developing integration agenda and improved working across health, social care and other agencies.
In recent years I’ve been lucky enough to satisfy my love of waterfalls by visiting both the Victoria and Iguazu Falls, getting thoroughly drenched and delighted in equal measure. Sitting in a speed boat under water falling at 1000m3 per second is a breath taking experience which I would thoroughly recommend.
I also love music, cooking and testing my bank of useless knowledge at an occasional pub quiz.
