Changing your password
From the ‘Account Details’ tab, you can change your password if you think your existing password may have been compromised, or for any other reason.
- Go to the ‘Account Details’ tab and select the blue ‘change your contact details here’ link.
- Your contact details will be displayed, along with a field to enter a new password. Enter your new password and confirm. Your password must be a minimum of 8 characters and should contain at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter and 1 number. It should not contain all or any part of your name, and cannot be the same as a password previously used.
- Select ‘update’ to change your password and to return to the welcome screen.
