Organisation Administrator Guidance
The ‘Buy Credits’ page on AOD Connect can only be accessed by Organisation Administrators.
All other users please see information here.
As Organisation Administrator you are able to purchase AOD Connect credits on behalf of your organisation.
- Select the ‘Buy Credits’ tab
- Select ‘View current price list’ to reveal the cost in credits of all the tools to which the organisation has access.
- Select the link ‘Order more credits here’
- Ensure that the organisation and billing details are correct. You can edit them here and the updated information will be saved to the organisation account details.
- Enter the Purchase order number and the number of credits required. The system will calculate the gross, discount and net figures in £ sterling that will appear on the AOD sales invoice.
- Click ‘Submit’ to show a summary of your order, together with Terms and Conditions relating to the purchase of credits.
- Place a tick in the box to demonstrate agreement with the Terms and Conditions.
- Select ‘Confirm’ to place your order.
- You will receive an email confirmation of your order.
- Upon payment of the invoice the purchased credits will appear in the Credit Activity screen and the credits available balance will be updated.
