Create a new team journey for an existing user

Organisation Administrator Guidance

Use this option to create a new team journey where the team leader either already has a team journey for a different team that they lead OR has facilitated assessment tools using a login to access the AOD Connect site

1. Select ‘Manage Team Journeys’ to display the ‘Team Journeys screen

2. Choose ‘Create a new team journey for an existing user’ to reveal a screen showing a list of  users in your organisation:

3. From the right hand side of the screen select the add symbol  next to the name of the existing user for whom you now need to create a first or an additional team journey

Note:  If this leader already has team journeys, it is possible that each of them has a different group name, a different coach and be of a different team journey type or version.
