Organisation Administrator Guidance
This option is only available to the Organisation Administrator.
The full name and the Head Office address of the organisation should be shown under ‘Your organisation details’.
If any information is incorrect or missing please make any necessary amendments.
Billing information should have been entered by the AOD Connect Team. Please update any data which is incorrect or missing. If your organisation uses Shared Business Services to process invoices please do not amend the Organisation Billing Reference unless you know the details entered here to be incorrect.
If invoices are processed in-house the Organisation Billing Reference field should contain ‘Finance Dept’
Select ‘Update’ to save any changes.
